MSP Scotland sees uplift in recladding projects Scotland’s leading manufacturer of bespoke cladding systems, MSP Facades, has started to see an increase in remediation projects – both north and south of the border. New Accies stadium is clad in success Working under the guidance of award-winning architects MLA (Michael Larid Architects), Glasgow-based façade specialist MSP has recently completed a technically challenging cladding project for the historic Edinburgh Academicals Rugby Football Club. Façade solutions provider MSP invests £250,000 in bright future Cumbernauld-based architectural facades manufacturer MSP has invested £250,000 in new technology and improved facilities to meet increased demand for its services. Among its new acquisitions is a CNC-controlled Mayer beam saw and a second Rainer Eletek turret punch. These machines will dramatically improve the plant’s capacity, enabling it to provide developers and contractors across the UK with a wide range of non-flammable, bespoke façade systems. New air filtration and dust extraction systems have also been installed to meet the highest safety standards. Read More Here |

MSP Façade Solutions sees upturn in wake of lockdown MSP Façade Solutions, the Glasgow-based non-flammable cladding specialist, has seen a surprising uplift in trade since the easing of restrictions due to Covid-19. The company currently employs 35 people and saw a 40% month-on-month increase in trade during July 2020. Due to this significant increase in work – driven largely by the government’s £1.6bn fund to repair unsafe cladding on high rise buildings and ongoing investment in public sector projects – MSP has taken on two new welders and is looking for additional staff in its administration and sales support functions.
